A few days ago my daughter's cell phone screen went blank while we were on vacation. I won't lie it was difficult for her to survive without her phone but she hung tough. Of course on our first day back home I was out the door in hopes of getting it fixed ASAP. In the past I had gone to several different places in town and all the stores had the same protocol of taking a few days before they could look at the device and hopefully they could fix it after a couple more days. I decided to try and find a new place and The Fix showed up on my google search. This store is located in the Walmart on Madison and so I called ahead and asked if they could fix the phone. The gentleman said yes and that I would only have to wait about 40 minutes for the repair. That was music to my ears! I arrived at the store and Hasan helped me immediately. I also brought in my Apple Watch that has been broken for 3 weeks and held together by scotch tape until I could hopefully get it fixed or get a new one. He looked at both items and went right to work. With in 5 minutes my watch was fixed and about 30 minutes my daughter's phone was up and running. We had a great conversation while he worked on both devices. He explained the problem and how it was going to be fixed as he took the steps to repair. His work station was right in front of you which I thought was nice so you could see what he was doing and see how confident he was about making the repair. The store was immaculate and if I hadn't been so engaged with Hasan I probably would have walked out purchasing some really cool phone cases. He had quite a display! He told me he can fix any kind of device including computers both MAC and PC. In the end I walked out with a smile on my face because it was had been such a great experience and less than an hour of my time . If you are looking for a place to repair your devices this would my absolute recommendation. Thank you Hasan for your expertise and great customer service. The Fix will be my "go to" from now on!
