Months ago, I dropped my phone, shattering the screen and making it unuseable. I took it into uBreakiFix, they gave me an estimate and said they would get the replacement screen ordered. I never heard back from them but called them periodically to see whether they had the part. They kept telling me it was on back order and that they didn't know when it would come in.
