From the moment I walked in service was Great! I brought in my phone expecting to hear what my provider had already told me. That I needed to buy a new phone since it was not charging with the cord, only wirelessly. The FIX was confident that they were able to solve the problem. Quickly as they told me they were able to fix it in no time! I’m a happy customer because they saved me from having to buy a new phone. Extraordinary service!!! This place save my life! I was only in town for a week for business. When I dropped my phone and cracked it! I had 6 different meetings to attend and two appearances to make. My driver instantly informed me about The Fix at the Parks mall, and instructed me to speak to Mr. Howard. Not only that he fixed my phone within 30mins, he made sure that it was secured. By giving a heavy duty screen protector, and new case that was shock resistant free of charged. The business was clean, welcoming, and professional. One of the best experiences i had with a BLACK OWNED BUSINESS!

One of my friends was telling me how he went there looking for a phone for his daughter and he liked the service, figure I would give it a try. When I entered the store, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I started telling the young man, about my issue. He asked me to unlock my phone so that he could have a look at it. If you could have seen the look on my face when he told me the issue, you would have laughed at me. Needless to say, it was operator error. After he took care of my “issue”, I looked around the store, liked the things that the store had to offer and really liked the prices. Took my Note 20 Ultra there for a cracked screen and had it repaired in about 45 minutes. Then the glass over my camera broke. Again it was fixed in less then 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend to bring your phone here for repairs. The price was very reasonable also.

OMG!! The owner of this place is AMAZING! He was able to help me get all of my information from one phone to the new one when my old one had problems with the mother board. He helped me three different times trying to make it happen and spent probably around 4 hours total helping me. He was SO kind and I will definitely be going back if I have phone issues again. While I waited for my phone, I watched him replace batteries and screens on the numerous phones. He is so kind and so helpful!
