My Samsung Note 20 Ultra had a battery problem with not taking or keeping charge - and then swelling such that the glue failed and the phone body came apart! I called this place and they informed me they have batteries in stock and would check it all out. I went in there at about 6:30pm and was out by 7pm - new battery swapped out and working perfectly again. They offered me a new case, a screen protector and I checked out some of their items in the display case. I had a very good experience and I'll be back if I need them - Thanks Guys! (I had been on the phone with VZ and about to order a new S25 for 1200 bucks... so these guys saved me about $1100! NOT THIS TIME VERIZON! ha )
