He is AMAZING took our daughters IPad in to him 2x and both times he fixed it & was so honest with us and the second time he suggested what he would do to save money and most stores wouldn't do that I feel, bc they would want to make as much as they could and he wasnt like that at all. And he didn't even charge us the service fee the 2nd time and wasn't going to even if we weren't going to fix the power button bc he had reset it a few weeks prior which I thought was absolutely amazing as a business, so I highly recommend uses him!

Came in yesterday about an hour and a half from closing and the kind gentleman at the store helped me get a battery replacement and back glass repair for an iphone 13 pro max in about an hour and a few minutes, was also able to get a case and battery at a discount price was above $250 which sounds fair to me for the work put in, great service in my opinion.

Android collided with Google, causing me to spend 3 days, an hour each day, @THE FIX at Walmart Shelby. BUT I got to meet S.I. (Samin Islam) who is 17 with an AWESOME attitude!!! The phone was so messed up, all contacts and photos appeared lost because of resetting to factory specs. S.I.’s patience and perseverance should make his parents proud. The phone is working, with contacts, photos, and emails restored. Messages didn’t make it. PLEASE make a point to go into THE FIX at Shelby Walmart, and encourage this young man!!! If you need your phone fixed when your carrier can’t, S.I. will figure it out. He even gave me his chair while working on my behalf. 🥰 Funny how God turned things around. Time well spent… I got to meet a SUPER young man. 🥳‼️
