My sister's phone screen stopped working this afternoon. I called a bunch of places to see who could fix her Galaxy Fold3 and most places couldn't fix that type of phone or they were charging way too much. I called this place and the guy told me he could do a diagnostics test to see if the screen was the issue, because if it wasn't it would be a lot cheaper. When I got there, they happened to be selling the same exact phone brand new and he offered to swap the mainframes so it would be cheaper and so my sister wouldn't lose any of her data. He said it would take 2 to 3 hours but he called me 15 minutes after I left to say he already fixed it. I picked it up the same night. Super fast and helpful service. I expected this to be a several day issue, but it was fixed within the same evening.

Amazing skill & customer service! They fixed my water damaged phone in less than an hour! The staff truly went above and beyond and I’m so thankful! I dropped my phone in the ocean on a trip to the Bahamas. It was water damaged for 7 days just sitting in the hotel and I thought I lost everything. I came home & took it right to the Apple Store. The Apple Store did absolutely nothing she told me it was not fixable and to buy a new phone for $700. I came here to get a second opinion and I’m so glad I did because the staff here truly cared and did everything they could to restore my phone and they truly exceeded my expectations and I’m just so grateful for them :’)

I dropped my iPhone and broke screen and back glass. I went to the mall and that guys told me very high price and then when I googled phone repair store near me this location came up. I called them to check the prices and they gave me almost twice cheaper price than mall location. They fixed my phone soo fast and staff was soo friendly so I will send all my friends here. They also gave me free screen protector which is in Verizon store it cost $40. Perfect service and experienced staff! Loved them!
