Great service and friendly tech. My wife dropped her phone in a puddle. I took it to a repair shop and they dried it out. They say it worked but then the screen went out. They would not replace the screen because of the water damage. The Fix replaced the screen and now I have access to the phone to transfer the contacts and photos. FYI, always backup your phone to a cloud. My wife did not and now we are literally paying for it.

I will certainly bringing my electronics back to Alex to be fixed as well as referring this place to others. I came to his store with a battery issue. He took a look at the phone and troubleshot the root cause in less then 5 minutes. He ordered what was needed and within a day I got a call to bring in the phone. Within 2 hours my phone was fixed and fully functional. It is nice to know there are still professionals out there providing services like Alex. I will certainly be giving him more business

I brought my phone here to get refurbished and he ordered all the parts to do the job. Later I asked him if I should just fix the screen and trade it in for a new phone since mine is 5 years old. And I stead of trying to take my money and fix my phone he recommended to trade it in. Very honest and he did a great job fixing my screen. Will be back!

My Samsung phone had been having trouble charging for a few months. I have tried several different techniques to fix it myself. I had tried using other technical help and no one could seem to fix it. I was advised to try The Fix before I go for a new phone. So I did and within five minutes they fixed it. I have had no trouble since then. Fast repair and great customer service! They replaced my Samsung phone screen that was shattered. After the screen repair I noticed later that week that my front camera on my phone was newly blurry. Prior to having the screen fixed all cameras were working perfectly. I wasn't able to bring it back in until almost a month after the repair to inform them of the new issue with the camera. They were very kind and prompt in fixing the issue! I highly recommend them for phone repair.

Right in the door of Walmart so you can literally get your screen changed while you are shopping and they are so fast and so awesome with customer service. The prices are incredible and for a repair that would cost $600 with Apple Their prices are literally 70 to 80 Dollars. Definitely the way to go and I’ve been working with them for quite a while now and never had a bad experience yet They always go way out of their way to be helpful Even staying later to try to get your phone finished
