Nick was really really helpful and honest my phone was not charging and thought i had to replace my charging port but he repaired it that too in a fraction of price he was very honest if it was any other person they would have charged me for a new charging port but he was very honestly and i would totally recommend him to everyone. You can go blindly and you would not be cheated there

big thanks to the younger guy that helped me today! I came in with a none working older phone & he did everything he could to fix it for me, unfortunately it was dead. He was able to help me out with a good priced used phone in perfect condition. (better phone then I had before & much cheaper priced.) he made sure the new phone worked as it should. very transparent!!! My phone would not send messages. The number “8” was stuck and the phone just wasn’t working properly. The phone is older and I was sure I would be told to get a new one. Though the screen was not cracked, Ankush knew immediately what the problem was. He replaced the screen and the phone is as good as new!! Service is prompt and friendly.

They have all the accessories and they do all the repairs and they are honest 100% highly recommended. It’s such a convenient location as well! Right in the door of Walmart so you can literally get your screen changed while you are shopping and they are so fast and so awesome with customer service. The prices are incredible and for a repair that would cost $600 with Apple Their prices are literally 70 to 80 Dollars. Definitely the way to go and I’ve been working with them for quite a while now and never had a bad experience yet They always go way out of their way to be helpful Even staying later to try to get your phone finished

Fast repair and great customer service! They replaced my Samsung phone screen that was shattered. After the screen repair I noticed later that week that my front camera on my phone was newly blurry. Prior to having the screen fixed all cameras were working perfectly. I wasn't able to bring it back in until almost a month after the repair to inform them of the new issue with the camera. They were very kind and prompt in fixing the issue! I highly recommend them for phone repair.

My Samsung phone had been having trouble charging for a few months. I have tried several different techniques to fix it myself. I had tried using other technical help and no one could seem to fix it. I was advised to try The Fix before I go for a new phone. So I did and within five minutes they fixed it. I have had no trouble since then. I strongly suggest them if you are having trouble with your phone.

Great service and friendly tech. My wife dropped her phone in a puddle. I took it to a repair shop and they dried it out. They say it worked but then the screen went out. They would not replace the screen because of the water damage. The Fix replaced the screen and now I have access to the phone to transfer the contacts and photos. FYI, always backup your phone to a cloud. My wife did not and now we are literally paying for it.

N Ick is a beast

I was having a lengthy issue with my Samsung S22ULTRA for several months now, contacted Samsung customer service no help what so even, even arrogant. Went directly to Verizon wireless and actually they were even worse, said I should buy a new phone even though I have had this phone for just around a year and a half. Happen to be in Walmart around 2 to 3 weeks spoke with Nick and he gave me a quote on fixing the phone. I happened to return there yesterday and gave him a shot on fixing it. He changed the antenna's in the phone and did something else which I am not sure of, but in any event he fixed the problem... The phone is working like it did when I first purchased it and the issue really seem to be completely gone. I couldn't make calls, the phone would always drop calls and it would give me a message that I could only make emergency calls that I had no service provider. Not only is Nick a great service technician, he's a great and honest person who went above and beyond to help me. I can't say enough good things about my experience with him. I can honestly say I will be recommending Nick and The Fix to anyone I know that is having a cellphone issue. Thank you Nick so very much for going above and beyond and being a true professional.
