Happen to be in Walmart around 2 to 3 weeks spoke with Nick and he gave me a quote on fixing the phone. I happened to return there yesterday and gave him a shot on fixing it. He changed the antenna's in the phone and did something else which I am not sure of, but in any event he fixed the problem... The phone is working like it did when I first purchased it and the issue really seem to be completely gone. I couldn't make calls, the phone would always drop calls and it would give me a message that I could only make emergency calls that I had no service provider. Not only is Nick a great service technician, he's a great and honest person who went above and beyond to help me. I can't say enough good things about my experience with him. I can honestly say I will be recommending Nick and The Fix to anyone I know that is having a cellphone issue. Thank you Nick so very much for going above and beyond and being a true professional.
