Adam did an amazing job replacing the battery in my iPhone 14. I want to the Apple Store first and they gave me a bunch of grief how they were uncomfortable opening up the back and it will probably break the glass on the back too so it will cost much more than the phone is worth. I had such a great experience at The Fix in Walmart in North Scottsdale! I came in to get my husband’s cracked iPad screen repaired, and they had it fixed quickly and professionally! Fast forward to about two weeks later I went back to get a case and screen protector for my new phone. They were very thorough in showing me the different products they had that I could choose from. On a third visit I purchased a screen protector for my daughter’s iPad. I must say each time I’ve been there the customer service has been top notch!!!!!
