I wasn't sure if my daughter's iPad screen could be fixed or if the entire tablet would have to be recycled due to damage, but the tech who assisted us did a thorough check & said all it needed was a new screen. He was very nice & patient as I asked a lot of questions. He had the repair done in less than 5 hours & the iPad looks great. He had charged the iPad & had us login to make sure everything functioned properly which it did. I am very pleased with the service & highly recommend them to other parents who find themselves in a similar situation. Try "The Fix" first before replacing your tech.
