Appointment confirmation email said I’d get an email telling me if my appointment was accepted, I never received that secondary email, but I just replied to the first one and they said to come on in. I don’t love that there are no prices posted, and when I walked in, he didn’t ask my name nor confirmed that I had an appointment, just asked me what type of phone and said to come back in 30 minutes. It was 25 more dollars than the last iPhone repair place I used, at $125 total. But he was much quicker at 30 minutes instead of an hour, and I got my shopping done while he fixed my phone.

went in about a week ago with what I thought was only a cracked screen. a broken charger port from yesteryear's accidental drop. brought it in completely dead expecting the news it could be unfixable. absolute miracle-work. replaced the entire chassis of my phone; and offered a great deal on a case and screen protector. my phone works like new.

This was fixed to new in no time!

Ozai was awesome and helpful and the prices are great I recommend to come back again
