I came in to have my screen fixed and to purchase a phone case. The associate on staff, Mr. Farhan from Florida was not only super nice but very knowledgeable. He was able to fix my phone in 20 mins at half the cost of most places.

I called because I had an issue with a wifi connection issue on my laptop. Farhan answered the call and was able to immediately help over the phone! I was able to connect to WiFi. I’d recommend giving them a call or checking them out.

Edit: I must say, they went above and beyond to make this right. Absolutely stellar customer service. I can't speak to how long the back will stay on, LOL, but it seems 100% better! They were very apologetic, and I appreciate how they handled everything very much. So far, NOT so good. My son's phone had a cracked back and front. The screen is not OEM, it has a black frame and does not wrap around like a normal s23 ultra screen. For the price, I was willing to get over it. The problem is, that the back of the phone keeps coming off and the screen keeps freezing and glitching. The back came off at the corner before we even got out of the parking lot. The guy put a rubber band on it and said to leave it for about 15 min. We left it for about 30, and by the next day, the back was coming completely off. We took it back, and he put some adhesive strips on it and told us to leave the rubber bands on again. We left them on for about 45 minutes, but as soon as we took them off, the back is still coming off. He hasn't replaced the screen yet, because he didn't have one, so we still have to go back for that. I am really dreading it. I realize that this is a discounted place, but the phone can't even really be used in this condition. I can't afford to replace it, and this was really our only option. I am extremely frustrated, as it takes us a 30 minute drive to get there every time. I have no idea if we will ever have a useable phone. I paid $340 for my son's phone to be in worse shape than when we started. I am crushed. We still have to go back, so I will update if it ever actually gets fixed. I am beyond disappointed and I feel sick that I spent so much, and it is worse than it was before.

Farhan Was very helpful today. I went in around 12 to fix my camera and he was really helpful he was fast and gave me directions on how long I had to let it dry. Now I let it rest for more then 10 minutes and I took of the rubber band and one of the camera glass popped off. Again mostly likely my fault but the customer service and the experience was a 10/10.
