I went in for a screen replacement on my samsung s23 ultra and I must say they where very friendly and professional from the first time we spoke on the phone to the moment I walked in the store. He was very fast and was even able to work on my phone all while helping other customers with their needs. When he opened up the phone and noticed a camera cable was torn he replaced it free of charge. I am very pleased so far with my fix and will recommend to family and friends.

I got my phone screen fixed and he did an amazing job, The phone works amazing, looks amazing and the customer service was really nice. I only give 4 stars because my phone backing was not fully secure and I have to get glue to glue it down, but that's not too much of a problem. I did go back the next day and He was able to fix it with no problems and he was very kind and understanding.

Fixed my broken screen in under 20 minutes. Was kind enough to also put on the new screen protector and case I purchased there. Was cheaper than buying the case on Amazon and my phone is now super protected. He was very personable and had good advice for better ways to protect my expensive phone. I would 100% go back if I needed, but with the screen protector and new brick phone case, I doubt I will need to return!

Very skillful and fast repair. The whole thing only took about 20 minutes. They were very knowledgeable about various different phone models, and clearly very experienced with repair techniques. I have an older model phone, so I called ahead of time about the repairs. They didn't have the parts in stock, but they were able to source the parts and schedule me by the next day. The replacement screen is high quality, and I haven't had any problems since the repair. I had originally tried an at-home repair using a 3rd-party replacement screen from Amazon, but it was dead on arrival. As the phone is older, it's very difficult to source original parts, but the screen they ordered is factory-new quality. The fact that they had it ready so quickly was just a bonus. Both the customer service and parts quality were great; I'd highly recommend The Fix if you need a phone repair.
