Best one

I’ve been to various stores for screen protectors, and auto boxes for my phone. I’ve even searched for a good deal for charging cords, but I found out at&T and other phone providers charge a ridiculous charge for the things that we need to protect our phones. I’ve even been to Walmart looking for a quality accessory for my phones, but within Walmart on Palmer Lane they have a small store called the fix. I’ve come to realize that not only are they knowledgeable but for the most part they’re affordable where AT&T wanted to charge $80 for a screen protector, but this shop only charges $20. That’s an example of the savings that you can get at the store. Don’t take my word for it, just come to the fix and see for yourself. I appreciate the service that they provide and the prices are great.

Came in with a broke screen. Got replaced in 10 min. It’s inside Walmart. Good price.

Loved the service 10/10

I specifically recommend this location as the other one in Norwood has made me had very bad experience in the past.

I am so thankful for the service at this place. After a bad experience at another location, I told the technician, John, my story, and he went out of his way to waive the fee for me as a courtesy. He spent over an hour fixing my phone, and his honesty and knowledge blew me away. I’m so impressed and grateful—I can’t recommend John and this place enough!

John was amazing! Diagnosed issue immediately, gave me two different options on how to fix (one a little more expensive than the other) and described the difference between both options. He gave me an estimate of about 20min to fix but it felt like he was done in 10! Super quick and easy and saved me a ton from not having to get a new phone. (My screen was flashing bright white on the bottom half of the phone - yes I had just dropped it and am prone to dropping my phone) The shop is located inside Walmart on the pharmacy side, on the left as soon as you walk in (after grocery cart location). I will definitely come back but hopefully I won’t need to 🤗😁 thank you, John!!!
