(Translated by Google) I had to drop off my phone (Samsung A52 4G) for repair on a Saturday because, unfortunately, the screen broke the day before after it slipped out of my hand during training. The phone still charged and responded to commands like restarting, but all I could see on the screen were broken lines. In desperation, I looked for phone repair shops and quickly came across The Fix, which is right by the entrance. I went there early Saturday morning, as soon as they opened. After explaining my situation to a friendly saleswoman, she immediately made a phone call to find someone who could transport the screen to Regensburg. She said someone from Augsburg might be able to bring it in on Saturday and repair it. Unfortunately, that didn't work out, but then again, I wasn't expecting everything to be done that same day, so I understood. ... She assured me, however, that it would be repaired by 3 p.m. the following Thursday and that I would be notified by email if the phone could be repaired before then. On that Thursday, I happened to go to the store at 1 p.m. because I hadn't received any further updates on the repair status. Since the repair technician was from Hamburg and couldn't arrive in Regensburg as planned due to adverse weather conditions, the saleswoman informed me that the repair might be delayed by a day and that they would have to wait for the diagnosis first, as other parts might also be damaged and would then need to be ordered. To be honest, I was already irritated and nervous because on Saturday I had understood that only the display was damaged. I had mentally prepared myself for the worst... Shortly before 3 p.m., however, I thankfully received a call informing me that my phone was ready for pickup. I was so relieved, and the saleswoman told me on the phone that she had ultimately kept her promise. And the phone is working perfectly again. My thanks go to the friendly, reliable saleswoman and the person who repaired the phone. Thank you so much! I can definitely recommend The Fix! The repair cost a total of €150, but that's a standard price for cell phone repairs. Vielen Dank! The Fix ist daher echt weiterzuempfehlen!

(Translated by Google) Initially, I was a bit skeptical. The shop didn't exactly give a professional impression upon entering. However, we were immediately approached and asked if we needed any assistance, which I appreciated. Overall, I found the staff quite friendly. The matte screen protector we requested was applied perfectly. (In comparison, a few days prior, we went to MediaMarkt, where, after an eternity of waiting, we ended up with a crooked screen protector with dust underneath.) Today I returned to have my display replaced and picked it up after about 2.5 hours. I also had another screen protector applied, which is also perfectly fitted. The new display works flawlessly and looks great. A bit of excess adhesive that I noticed while I was there was removed. I was a little shocked by the price, but it seems (after some research) to be typical for a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra screen replacement. Overall, I had a positive experience at the shop and would definitely go back!

(Translated by Google) Absolute lifesavers and the nicest people ever! Due to a series of truly unfortunate events, my iPhone was completely destroyed. Unfortunately, I didn't even know the password for my Apple account anymore, making it impossible to set up my new phone. So, after countless attempts to somehow recover my data, I came here. These wonderful people took an incredible amount of time for me and my unfortunate situation, loaned me a new display, and tried to recover my data on the spot. They even let me take the display home so I could continue trying to recover my data. And they didn't even want anything for it, except for a Google review and to return the display. So here's the promised and well-deserved 5-star review, and I'll definitely be bringing the display back on Saturday! You guys are absolutely fantastic! I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop; top-notch customer service! I am incredibly grateful!

(Translated by Google) I had a broken display and a broken back, which I wanted to have repaired. I specified that it was a Samsung S23 Ultra. The display and back arrived, and both were replaced. The back broke during installation, so he ordered a new one. When it arrived, he wanted to try again, and the back broke again. When I went to get my phone, he told me this and asked for my PIN to check the settings. It turned out that I had swapped my phones and given him an older S22 Ultra to repair. The technician was still super nice and ordered the correct back and screen for me at no extra cost. I paid €315 for two incorrect back covers (which subsequently broke, which is why he couldn't resell them), one incorrect display, and one correct display, as well as three repair attempts. Anywhere else, I would have had to pay for the incorrectly ordered parts and the subsequent repairs out of my own pocket. I apologized several times for my mistake, but the technician just kept saying, "Everything's fine, no problem!" Great service, great team! I don't understand the bad reviews, because they've always been friendly and helpful to me! I highly recommend them! 😊

(Translated by Google) Well, I have to say, I don't understand the negative reviews. I posted a review this morning, and after I noticed at work today that the newly installed back cover wasn't staying put, I was just in the store and complained. The technician took care of my phone without any problems and even apologized. The only explanation I have for the poor service the customers with the negative reviews received is, you were probably incredibly rude, acting like the princess on the pea or something... if you're nice and friendly, you'll get help, and the service is top-notch!

Really helped me a lot. I lost my ears tips and they gave me for free!

(Translated by Google) We had the display of an iPhone 12 Pro replaced. It took about 25 minutes, and because we had such a pleasant chat in the meantime, they gave us the tempered glass as a gift for the new store's reopening. My wife is happy with her new display, so we're giving it 5 stars. Absolutely reasonable value for money.
