Employee demonstrated great customer service. Really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Went in because my phone’s vibration broke. Unlike the Apple store who told me that my entire phone needed to be replaced, The Fix opened up my phone and realized all my phone needed was a screw tightening. I didn’t even get charged for it! I’m really impressed by this store I will definitely come back to it with any phone problems in the future! 10/10 would recommend.

My iPhone was not charging and thought it was the charging port. A friend told me about The Fix at Penn Square Mall so I took it there expecting to have to pay some serious cash. Turned out all that was wrong was some dust that got shoved up the charging port. The phone was not holding a charge and was over 2 years old so I had Adam put in a new battery. The whole charge for everything was less than the battery I checked out on Amazon. Adam was so helpful and didn’t try to up charge me at all (replacing the battery was my idea). Great place!!!

Originally was told by Apple that the only way to fix my iPhone 7 would be to pay $319 for the charging port to be replaced. My phone had been plugged in during a power surge and the pins in the port were singed. I brought it in to The Fix and they not only told me that o could have the same repair apple had quoted me for for under $90 and that they could do it in 45 minutes, but they then were able to simply bend the pin back and clean the port. Completely fixed. Under 5 minutes. These guys are amazing!

Essentially just charging me for just labor. The workers were very informative on what they had to do for my wife's phone. Finish the job in a very timely manner.
