OMAR is probably the best technician in the area when it comes to fixing iPads, installing screen protectors, etc. I have a Note 8. On 2 occasions, I paid Verizon stores to install screen protectors at a cost over $40+ each time. Within 48 hours of the purchase of my phone and installation of screen protector #1, it was cracked HORRIBLY and would no longer stay affixed to the phone screen. Again, I paid $40+ for the second Verizon installed screen protector with essentially the same results. Verizon required that I register the screen protectors and make an online claim. Obviously, that screen protector is a waste of my time. So, I stopped by Fix-It and Omar installed a screen protector for $25. So far: no cracks, no bubbles, no problems, and the protector remains affixed to my screen. I won't be wasting anymore money on screen protectors at Verizon. Thanks OMAR!
