We have used this stores services several times for family devices. They are always courteous and fair and provide a quality service. I was especially happy with the service they did on my Apple watch. I thought I was going to be out at least $200 after the face popped off. They were able to glue it back on! Talk about impressive customer service! I took an iPad in that I’d gifted my oldest granddaughter. One of my other granddaughters accidentally pushed the wrong charger into the charge port. It was stuck. They removed the stuck piece and gifted this repair with no charge. Honestly, you don’t see things like that for free anymore. I know exactly where I’ll be going for any other electronic device needs. Such a sweet lady that took care of us… thank you. And your little boy is so precious! 10 stars!

I was in town for business trip and my IPhone 6S Plus died out of no where. It wouldn't cut back on and I was left stranded with out a phone. Apple said it was out of warranty and wanted me to pay $200 for Apple Care to have it fixed. I took it into The Fix and a very nice young man took a quick look and diagnosed it as a bad charging port. 10 mins later I was out the door saving me time and money. The only thing I can say is Thank You The Fix.

I broke my IPhone screen and was referred to the The Fix by a friend. I stopped in on a busy Saturday afternoon. Both ladies working the store were very friendly and helpful! The best customer service I could ever ask for! My phone was fixed for cheaper than the competition and they gave me a FREE Otter Box case and screen protector too!! I will always go back to The Fix!

Professional, honest, and fast. I brought my phone in for a battery replacement a few weeks ago after price checking and finding The Fix had the best price. After working normally for 2 weeks, my device began to malfunction. I was worried about having to pay for another tech repair, or a long wait to diagnose the issue. On the contrary, the owner, Aycin came in to the shop personally to look at my phone again. After seeing that Samsung had supplied us a bad battery the first time, he replaced it immediately without any hassle or expectation of additional payment. I can't reccomend them enough. They have been friendly, helpful, and transparent through the whole process and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else in the future.

Apple store told me it was going to cost upwards of 200 bucks to fix my screen and replace my battery. These guys did it for half the price in like 30 minutes and threw in a screen cover and case for free.

Owner repaired my Note 8 camera glass cover in like 10 minutes. Only charged $39. Super nice guy, and can't even tell my phone was repaired. Hope I don't have to do another repair but if I do it'll definitely be here.

My wife and I went there the other day to get our iPhone X and 8Plus fixed. The two workers were extremely nice and very helpful. They fixed our phones in 30 minutes with no issues. They even provide a free glass protector and case. They installed the glass protector without any air bubbles unlike most places (even cell phone carrier workers can't put on glass protectors well). The cases are great quality and if you want a even nicer case it's only a few dollars more. Literally they only charge 4$ for the nicest case not 45-50 like most places. Their store is super clean, modern and professional looking. I got to say I was skeptical at first but was super impressed with the quality of service and timeliness of service. Truthfully I don't think i'll go anywhere else for my phone repairs, this place is the best of best in my opinion.

I've had repairs done everywhere. This place is where it's at. There are so many bad repair shops but this shop isn't one. You get a free very nice case(brand name) and you feel welcomed right away. Largest selection of cases I've seen period. Prices are beyond fair. 7 out of 5 stars!

These guys are great! We took our iPad to the Apple store and would have to pay $600! To replace the tablet completely insted of just fixing it! when all we needed was the screen replaced cuz it was cracked. So we took it to the Fix they fixed it for $250 for a completely new screen on our iPad pro max! The screen works good as new!! They are super kind and very helpful! Highly recommend!

I went in with a a cracked 13 pro and a 15 that I had no idea the issue jutst wouldn't work and Mehmet was so kind and had great customer service took about a hour to fix both and both are in perfect condition now ... also cheap prices compared to other places I visited !! Definitely recommend!

Came in to fix my phone that kept turning off on its own. They tried to see if a battery change would fix it. It worked for about a day, and then the phone turned off. Spoke to them on the phone, and they told me they would take a second look and switch to a different battery at no cost. It did not end up working. I let them know, and they gave me store credit for the amount paid for the battery. They were very kind through the whole process. Even offered to order a case and tempered glass protector for a phone they don't normally carry. They could have easily said, "whatever we got in the store is what you get." Something like that, but they didn't. A credit to their integrity, not once did they ask to see if what I was saying was true. They never asked to look at my phone. They're just out here trying to make an honest living. P.s. yes I would have liked to have my phone fixed, but realistically, not everything can be fixed. My phone happened to be one of them. But they made the process easier.
